While we do not require the company to be necessarily domiciled in the region, we look for ventures that have majority operational presence in the Middle East, or a clear pathway of expansion to it.

We can lead or follow rounds, and do not have set equity requirements. We invest through SAFE/Convertible Loan instruments as well as direct equity, as appropriate. We co-invest with other VCs and investors.
